Everything You Need to Know About Leasing With Titan
Leasing Options
Titan offers four leasing programs to match your operation: Short-Term Leasing (30 days to 12 months) for project work, seasonal demand, or temporary capacity needs. Long-Term Leasing (1-5+ years) for dedicated fleet expansion without capital outlay. Seasonal and Peak Demand Leasing for predictable high-volume periods like paving season or winter fuel demand. Emergency Replacement for when a trailer goes down and you need equipment fast — typically deployed within 24-48 hours.
Our shortest standard lease term is 30 days. For emergency replacement trailers, we can accommodate shorter periods based on the situation. Contact our leasing team to discuss your specific timeline.
Yes. We can structure lease-to-own programs on select equipment. Speak with our leasing team about available units and terms.
Every Titan lease includes a DOT-compliant, inspected trailer ready to haul. Depending on your lease program, additional services can include preventive maintenance, DOT annual inspections, HM-183 recertification, and 24/7 emergency support. Our team will walk you through what’s included in each program.
For standard leases, we typically deliver within 5-10 business days depending on your location and equipment availability. Emergency replacement trailers can be deployed within 24-48 hours from one of our 12 service locations.
Equipment & Specifications
We lease DOT 406 aluminum fuel trailers, DOT 407 stainless steel chemical trailers, acid and corrosive-service trailers (lined and specialty alloy), and insulated hot-product trailers for asphalt, molten sulfur, and other heated commodities. Our fleet includes units from Polar, Tremcar, Etnyre, and other major manufacturers.
Our fleet ranges from 4,000-gallon single-compartment chemical trailers to 9,500-gallon multi-compartment fuel trailers. Specific capacities depend on trailer type, material, and configuration. Let us know what you’re hauling and we’ll match you with the right spec.
Yes. We maintain a diverse fleet with various compartment configurations, materials (aluminum, 304 SS, 316L SS, carbon steel, lined), and options (insulated, heated, vapor recovery, bottom loading). Tell us your product, volume, and route requirements and we’ll find the right fit.
Every trailer in our fleet is maintained to full DOT compliance. Annual inspections, HM-183 testing (hydrostatic, pneumatic, and ultrasonic thickness testing), and all required certifications are current before any trailer goes out on lease.
Our core business is tanker trailers. However, we do occasionally have trucks and tractors available through our Equipment For Sale program. Check our inventory or contact us for current availability.
Service & Maintenance
Titan handles all maintenance through our own service facilities across 12 locations. Our factory-trained technicians specialize in tanker trailer repair — including valve work, barrel repairs, shell patching, and complete overhauls on Polar, Tremcar, and Etnyre units.
Call our 24/7 support line. We’ll coordinate roadside assistance or dispatch a replacement trailer from the nearest Titan location — typically within 24-48 hours. Minimizing your downtime is our priority.
